Priscilla Ojo is speaking out against a viral claim that she’s been spreading misinformation about postpartum depression. She took to her Instagram story to deny saying that postpartum depression is “an illusion caused by poverty”, calling the statement “insulting to mothers” and demanding evidence from those spreading the false claim.
The controversy started when an X user shared a post attributing the statement to Priscilla, saying she never experienced postpartum depression and that her love for her husband tripled after childbirth. However, Priscilla firmly denies making such remarks, describing them as false and insensitive. The X user has since apologized, admitting the statement was false and taking responsibility for the post.
