Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel), has made it clear that he’s not interested in politics, no matter the offer. During his church’s annual convocation, Shiloh 2025, he stated, “If you give me $1 billion to join politics, I won’t, because it’s off my course”.
Oyedepo emphasized that his focus is on spiritual matters, urging his congregation to prioritize their divine callings. He believes the world needs divine intervention and that believers are being prepared as an “end-time army” to address national crises, like Joseph and Daniel in the Bible.
This isn’t the first time Oyedepo has spoken out against getting involved in politics. He’s consistently maintained that his calling is to spread the gospel, not to engage in partisan politics.
