Wike and his wife allegedly acquired three multimillion-dollar lakeside homes in Winter Springs, Seminole County, Florida, between 2021 and 2023, using suspicious cash transactions.

Wike failed to declare these foreign assets to Nigeria’s Code of Conduct Bureau, violating Nigerian law.

The petition claims Wike’s legitimate income couldn’t justify the acquisition of these properties, suggesting the funds originated from diverted public resources, inflated contracts, and budget manipulation.
