2Baba and his partner, Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, have welcomed their first child together — a baby boy.
Speculation began on Friday after Osawaru was spotted at a hospital, prompting rumours that she had gone into labour. She later confirmed the birth in a short post on her official Facebook page, announcing that they had been “blessed with a baby boy.” The news quickly drew waves of congratulatory messages across social media.
The arrival of their son marks a major moment in their much-discussed relationship. 2Baba and Osawaru formalised their union earlier this year, shortly after the singer’s separation from Annie Idibia in January. Their journey together from the Valentine’s Eve proposal to family introductions and traditional rites has consistently drawn public interest.
In July, they held a private traditional wedding in Abuja with close family in attendance. Their newborn son now adds a fresh chapter to their growing family story.
