Enugu disco begins free prepaid meter distribution.

Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has kicked off the second phase of its free prepaid meter distribution, targeting unmetered customers on Band “A” feeders in the South-East. This initiative, part of the Meter Acquisition Fund (MAF) program by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), aims to eliminate estimated billing and improve service transparency.

Key Details:
– Eligibility: Band “A” customers in Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Abia, and Ebonyi states.
– Benefits: Free meter installation, no extortion allowed.
– How to participate: Verify and update contact info at EEDC’s Customer Service Unit.
– *Support*: Call 02084700100 or WhatsApp 0707 461 0095/0088.
