Twelve people are feared d€ad after a small plane carrying tourists crashed in southern Kenya, according to officials.

Tragedy struck in southern Kenya when a small plane carrying tourists crashed in Kwale, a coastal region, killing all 12 people on board. The plane, registered as 5Y-CCA, was headed to the Maasai Mara National Reserve from Diani when it came down in a forested area around 5:30 am.

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) confirmed the accident and stated that government agencies are on site to investigate the cause and impact. This incident follows another plane crash in Kiambu County, where six people died, including the pilot, two nurses, and a doctor, along with two people on the ground.
