The Federal Government, through the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), will release a report on the cause of the Abuja-Kaduna train derailment in 23 days. The train derailment occurred on August 26, 2025, at Asham Train Station, resulting in 12 passengers sustaining minor to moderate injuries out of 583 passengers and crew on board.
