Burkina Faso says NO to America . They are not going to accept deportees from America .
Burkina Faso’s government has publicly refused a request from the United States to become a destination for migrants deported from the U.S.. In a televised address on October 9, 2025, Foreign Affairs Minister Karamoko Jean-Marie Traore called the proposal “indecent” and a violation of the country’s dignity.
They say Burkina Faso will not be a dumping ground just in exchange of a VISA .
