Senator Kabiru Marafa has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC), citing President Bola Tinubu’s “use-and-dump” leadership style. Marafa expressed disappointment with the President’s treatment of Zamfara State, particularly regarding the state’s security and developmental challenges. The state has faced significant banditry issues, with a high number of abductions reported. Marafa’s entire political structure in Zamfara State has also resigned from the APC in protest against the perceived marginalization and neglect of the state.
