Magistrate Olanrewaju Salami granted the request, striking out the five-count charge against Emmanson.Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo directed Ibom Air to withdraw its complaint against Emmanson after she exhibited remorse. The court discharged Emmanson following the withdrawal of the case.
