Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has traced 41 properties to Abubakar Malami, former attorney-general of the federation and minister of justice, according to a report by TheCable.
The report says the assets—hotels, residential buildings, lands, schools, and a printing press—are located across Kebbi, Kano, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
TheCable further reports the estimated values as follows: N162,195,950,000 in Kebbi, N16,011,800,000 in Kano, and
N34,685,000,000 in the FCT—bringing the total to about N212bn.
