Davido’s Banana Island mansion is no ordinary place, by the way – it’s a luxurious 5-bedroom detached mansion with a pool, cinema, and 3-car garage, valued at around $1.5 million. He actually put it up for rent in 2023 for $150,000 per year after his son’s passing.
