President Bola Tinubu is currently holding an extended security meeting with all Service Chiefs at the State House, including the Inspector-General of Police, the Director-General of the DSS, and heads of the nation’s intelligence agencies.
In a message shared on his social media page, President Tinubu said they are reviewing fresh security reports and taking decisive steps to stabilise affected areas and safeguard citizens.
“I am receiving continuous briefings and have directed our security services to act with speed, precision, and absolute resolve. As President, I remain fully committed to the security of all Nigerians. Those who undermine the peace and security of our nation will face the full weight of the law.
Nigeria will prevail,” he stated.
