President Bola Tinubu is set to decorate Nigeria’s newly confirmed service chiefs with their new ranks at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abu. The decorated service chiefs include:
– General Olufemi Oluyede: Chief of Defence Staff
– Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu: Chief of Army Staff
– Vice Admiral Idi Abbas: Chief of Naval Staff
– Air Marshal Kelvin Aneke: Chief of Air Staff
The ceremony will be attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and other senior government officials. President Tinubu will charge the new service chiefs to maintain teamwork, leveraging advanced technology and collaboration to address insecurity across Nigeria.
