The Cross River State House of Assembly has banned housing agents in Calabar and other parts of the state for allegedly inflating rent prices and worsening the cost of living for residents.
The lawmakers reached this resolution following a motion raised by Davies Etta, the member representing Abi State Constituency, under matters of urgent public importance.
