Hilda Baci, the renowned Nigerian chef and former Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon, is set to cook the world’s largest pot of jollof rice today, September 12, 2025, at Eko Hotel Car Park B in Lagos. Over 20,000 people have registered to attend this monumental event, prompting the venue change from the original Muri Okunola Park, which could only accommodate around 3,000 to 3,500 people.
