Social critic Verydarkman has spoken about a recent phone call he had with Senator Ned Nwoko, shedding more light on the tension surrounding Regina Daniels’ family.
He explained that he reached out to the senator to plead for calm after hearing about the arrest of Regina’s brother and the alleged move to arrest her mother. To his surprise, Ned Nwoko personally answered the call and said he was familiar with his online videos.
During their conversation, the senator reportedly expressed hurt over comments said to have been made by Regina’s family about his late son. He clarified that his son did not die from drúg abús£, as claimed, but from heart failure following a sporting activity, adding that an autopsy conducted abroad confirmed it.
According to Verydarkman, the senator later agreed not to arrest Regina’s mother, though discussions about her brother’s release are still ongoing. Ned Nwoko, he said, also mentioned that the young man had made several thr£@t£ning remarks in the past.
Verydarkman noted that his goal is to ensure a peaceful resolution between both sides and urged Nigerians to avoid jumping to conclusions until the matter is fully resolved.
