The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has alerted the public to a fake recruitment advert currently circulating on social media.
According to the Commission, fraudsters are misleading unsuspecting Nigerians with claims of vacancies and directing applicants to a fake portal. INEC clarified that it has no such portal and is not conducting any recruitment exercise at this time.
The Commission urged members of the public to disregard the fraudulent advertisement and warned against falling victim to the schemes of criminal elements.
